What do I see on each fragrance line before I buy?
- Your trade price in USD beside the Amazon.com listing for the same UPC or ASIN: the Buy Box price, Amazon fees, sales rank, estimated monthly sales, and the estimated unit profit and 90-day ROI. Trade prices stay behind the account gate; the live demo shows the layout with real lines.
What is the minimum order for fragrances and cosmetics?
- $3,000 per order in the fragrance and cosmetics range for US accounts. Minimums apply per range and do not combine with other ranges in the same basket.
What about brand gating and hazardous goods rules?
- Many fragrance brands are restricted on Amazon and applications need distributor invoices; alcohol-based fragrances and aerosols are also subject to Amazon’s dangerous-goods review and to carrier rules on shipping. Check the brand and category status in Seller Central before you order, and ask the sales team which lines have the documentation you need.
Where do fragrance orders ship from?
- US orders ship from our US warehouse. At checkout you choose delivery to your address, shipping straight into an Amazon fulfilment centre, or Ex Works collection by your own carrier. Prep and FNSKU labelling can be added for this range (with an optional Seller Central integration for FNSKU and MSKU labels). Costs are confirmed with you before billing.
Will the invoice work for Amazon approvals?
- When an invoice is issued it matches the payment schedule: a commercial invoice for a single-payment order, or a deposit invoice first and a later balance invoice on a deposit schedule. Athena-issued invoices can be downloaded as a PDF from your orders area once issued; portal-invoiced orders open on the invoice portal instead. The document is issued by Hector Solutions, Inc. doing business as Athena Wholesale, with our US address and contact details, the legal business name from the account at generation time, the billing address stored on the order at checkout, and each product as its own line with identifiers and quantities, in US dollars with no VAT. For Amazon documentation use the commercial invoice or the final balance invoice, not the deposit document. Amazon decides each application itself and no distributor can guarantee the outcome.
